Hi, I’m Halston—but most people call me Hallie. I’m the photographer behind Avalon Photography, based in Maryland and traveling throughout New England and beyond. I’m married to my best friend, Paul, a lover of travel, a Jesus follower, and an unapologetic Dr. Pepper enthusiast.

My photography journey began at a young age when I fell in love with what a camera could truly capture. That curiosity led me to internships, endless learning, and plenty of practice—photographing anyone willing to step in front of my lens. Over time, that passion grew into a business I’m incredibly proud of, with opportunities to photograph weddings both in Maryland and destination locations.

I’m endlessly grateful for the couples I meet and the stories I get to tell. On your wedding day, I’ll be right there with you—laughing, tearing up during the vows, dancing at the reception, and capturing every meaningful moment along the way.
